studio rental rules
- The Studio has limited rights to use of photos, film, and other media from session or shoot, for the intention of promotional content, when granted in booking form by client
- All backdrops are $3.99 per every linear foot of usage from the lower edge of the backdrop till where we need to cut off. "Usage" is footprints, marks, holes, scratches, wrinkles from moisture, etc.
- NO SHOES are allowed (Booties are ok, available at the front desk) The talent can wear shoes for the shoot
- NO FOOD or DRINKS inside the Studio (Food and drinks can be kept and consumed in the dressing room
- NO SMOKING permitted in the Studio
- NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES or DRUGS permitted in the Studio
- Music and any noise is to be kept at a reasonable level and not contain offensive or vulgar lyrics
- Live music and bands must be approved in advance
- NO ONE will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence
- NO PETS are allowed without prior consent
- The Renter is responsible for himself/herself and any individuals who enter the studio space during the Renter’s designated time
- MAXIMUM of ten (10) people in Renter’s party
- NO Glitter/Fog Machines/Confetti or fake blood are allowed. If violated you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee
- NO PORN
- The Studio reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises who violates the Studio’s rules
